Sean Alsobrook, MS, CPT 

Sean is a kinesiologist and a personal trainer with a passion of using physical fitness to fight preventive diseases. After completing a Masters in Exercise science, and a special populations certification he has been working to make physical fitness accessible to those who need it most. In addition, as a Marine Corps Veteran, he is dedicated to helping fellow veterans regain their physical health and move towards the life they were created to live. 

Natasha Alsobrook, DSW,LCSW

Natasha is a social worker with a passion for supporting the mental health needs of veterans and their families. Dedicated to innovative solutions to the mental health problems veterans and their families face. She has developed several curriculums to address mental health concerns, most recently ambiguous loss experienced by combat veteran spouses.
